To all OrchidWubben customers: We regret to inform you that we have been experiencing technical and medical issues that have affected our ability to complete orders and respond to emails. We understand that this has caused inconvenience and frustration for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To provide some background, OrchidWubben is owned by me, Koos Wubben. I was diagnosed with mesothelioma, a type of cancer caused by inhaling asbestos fibres. I have been undergoing palliative chemotherapy but unfortunately the complications have been devastating which made taking care of the orchids very difficult, let alone picking and shipping orders.
We have been working to resolve these issues and are pleased to announce that we will soon update our web shop inventory to better reflect the current collection. We will remove any species that are no longer available and add new species that have not previously been available for purchase.
We understand that this might’ve has been a difficult time for our customers, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to address these issues.
